When will my order be dispatched?
The LAÉ Signature Collection is currently available by pre-order.
Estimated dispatch is 6–8 weeks from the date your order is placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Why are your pieces available by pre-order?
Our collections are produced in carefully planned quantities to maintain the quality, fit and finish of every LAÉ piece while reducing unnecessary overproduction.
How do I choose the right size?
Our garments are designed to fit true to size with a sculpting fit.
Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements and fit recommendations.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may be applied by their country's customs authority.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and returned with all tags attached.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
As our collections are produced to order, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If you need to discuss your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@laeofficial.co.uk, including clear images of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
How should I care for my LAÉ pieces?
To help preserve the quality and longevity of your garment:
- Wash at 30°C
- Wash with similar colours
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
- Air dry naturally
Following these care instructions will help maintain the fit, finish and performance of your garment.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, please email info@laeofficial.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we'll provide full return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
