RETURNS POLICY (LAÉ)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in original condition
- with all tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
PRE-ORDERS
All items are released as part of limited pre-order drops and are made to order.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the stated production and dispatch timeframe.
Returns are accepted in line with our standard policy once delivered. However, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
As this is a limited release, we do not guarantee exchanges or restocks.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@laeofficial.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear images of the issue.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
