All orders are currently shipped as part of a pre-order release.

DISPATCH

Orders are made to order as part of a limited production run and are not held in stock.

Estimated dispatch time: 6-8 weeks from order date.

This timeframe reflects production and preparation of your order.

DELIVERY

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2–3 working days
• Europe: 5–10 working days
• Cyprus: 5–10 working days
• North America: 7–10 working days
• Australia & Oceania: 7–14 working days
• Asia: 7–14 working days
• Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may be applied by their country's customs authority.

DELAYS

While we always aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to production, customs clearance or courier services. If this happens, we will keep you updated throughout the process.
